Oviraptorid Manus Claw - Solid Color Replica
Talk about a weird dinosaur; this is it! Oviraptorids are a toothless theropod. There has been very little known or written about this dinosaur in any scientific or popular literature. Until recently, there was never a good skeleton known. These animals, the latest Cretaceous Oviraptors, grew quite large and competed with Struthiomimus, Nanotyrannus, and perhaps Tyrannosaurus for their meals.
This Oviraptorid manus (hand) claw is one of the finest from the genus. It shows great curvature and was quite obviously used for ripping and tearing flesh.
A great gift for any dinosaur enthusiast!
